Changing your E-mail Password
It is recommended that you periodically change your e-mail password for enhanced security. It's also recommended that you make your password very hard for others (and automated programs) to guess. Combinations of random upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and punctuation of 8 characters or more are recommended for the best security.
PortalMedia's e-mail system, for your convenience, allows any password that is between 5 and 15 characters long.
To change your password:
Go to the Customer WebMail and click on Change Your E-mail Password. The password change form will appear. Use this form to change your password. Make sure that if you use any e-mail client software, that you update your settings to reflect this new password, for both incoming mail as well as SMTP authentication.
