Step-By-Step E-mail Software Setup

| 1. | From the Tools menu, choose Accounts. Note to Outlook users: If you do not see 'Accounts' in the Tools menu and instead see 'Services', then your account is configured for Corporate/Workgroup mode instead of Internet Only mode. Although it is possible to run POP mail accounts in this mode, PortalMedia will only support Internet Only mode of Outlook. Please consult the Microsoft Outlook documentation on 'Reconfiguring mail support' to learn how to switch modes. |

| 2. | Click on the Add button, and then choose Mail... |

| 3. | Enter in your name as you would want it to appear on e-mail that you send out. Then click on the Next to continue. |

| 4. | Enter in the e-mail address that has been given to you by PortalMedia. Click on Next to continue. |

| 5. | 'POP' should be selected under the list of server choices. For both of the fields in this step, enter mail.portalmedia.com for your incoming and outgoing mail servers. Click on Next to continue. |

| 6. | In this step, you will need to enter the Account ID and Password given to you by PortalMedia. If you do not want to type your password in every time you check your e-mail, be sure to check the option to remember your password. Click on Next to continue... |

| 7. | This screen tells you that your finished with account setup. Click on Finish to close the wizard. (You still have a few steps left.) |

| 8. | You've now returned to the Accounts window and you'll now see the account you just created. Make sure it is highlighted, and then click on Properties. |

| 9. | When the window appears, click on the Servers tab at the top. |

| 10. | Under the Servers tab, at the bottom of the window, check the option 'My server requires authentication'. Then click on Settings. |

| 11. | In this window, make sure that 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server; is selected. Then click OK to close this window, OK again to close the account properties window, and then Close to close the account list. |
